We have some asthma patients who should be getting the swine flu jab but are not being identified on the swine flu audit in ICAP (thus they are not appearing on the cue card/prompt). Most of the asthma patients are on the audit however we have come across some that have slipped by. What could be causing this?

Asthma patients need:

• To be diagnosed with Asthma AND on oral steroids (issued within last 6m)

OR

• Emergency admission to hospital in last 12m
