Question

When I'm looking at appointments in the appointments book view, using a filter to show only certain ones, if I scroll to the bottom and then do nothing for a while, the view suddenly moves to the top again. Is there a way to stop it doing this?

Answer

This occurs when the display refreshes itself. This is controlled by the settings in User details | Options | Delay between automatic updates.

This ensures that all users have the displayed of appointments updated at regular intervals, ie showing the slots booked/cancelled by other users and the latest state of consultations etc.
